Yes. Intrims is designed to support growing data volumes and multiple users.

Intrims offers four pricing plans to cater to businesses of different sizes:

Additional users are only available on the Premium plan, at €180 per user per year.

You can subscribe directly via the Intrims platform. Choose a plan based on your business needs and complete the payment process.

Yes. If your needs change you can upgrade your plan at any time (Home → Manage subscription). Adjustments will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

We accept card payments through the Stripe payment system.

Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription period.

For annual subscriptions, Clients are obligated to pay the full 12-month subscription fee regardless of early termination.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the Client will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.

Sign up to Intrims: go to Sign up. Register your account and follow the steps to complete registration. Once your account is created, you can either enter an invitation code (if someone in your organisation has already set up a company account and invited you to join) or register a new company.

Join as a Service Provider: go to Sign up as a Service Provider and follow the steps to complete registration.

Yes. You can manage users and assign different roles depending on each user's needs. Available roles: Superadmin, Admin, User, and Viewer.

Intrims tracks regulations for different regions, provides alerts for compliance deadlines, and generates detailed reports on regulatory status.

Yes. You can personalise substance assessments and generate compliance reports specific to different regions and chemicals.
