What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You can add chemicals, regions, or buyers individually through flexible add-on pricing, or upgrade to the next plan tier for a higher base allocation.
What does "5 chemicals" mean in my plan?
This refers to the number of distinct chemical substances you can manage and track within your portfolio, including tonnage allocations, compliance status, and reporting.
What if I need more chemicals?
You can add additional chemicals at any time. Pricing depends on your plan: €6 per substance per month on Base, €4 on Standard, and €3 on Premium.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. If your needs change you can upgrade your plan at any time from Home → Manage subscription. Adjustments are reflected in your next billing cycle, and your data, chemicals, and regions carry over automatically.
Does proration apply when switching plans?
Yes. When you upgrade mid-cycle, your billing is adjusted proportionally to reflect the time remaining in your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
